O Governo aprovou uma proposta de lei para ser autorizado a alterar o Novo Regime do Arrendamento Urbano, o Código Civil, o Código de Processo Civil e o regime das obras em prédios arrendados. Segundo o comunicado, a reforma assenta em mais liberdade contratual, no reforço do cumprimento dos contratos, em despejos e litígios mais rápidos e na proteção das situações de maior vulnerabilidade.The Government approved a bill asking Parliament to authorise it to amend the New Urban Lease Regime, the Civil Code, the Code of Civil Procedure and the rules on works in leased buildings. According to the press release, the reform rests on greater contractual freedom, stronger compliance with contracts, faster evictions and dispute resolution, and protection for the most vulnerable situations.
